Like many who have become serious about tackling problems through the effective and humanistic use of AI, Michael enjoyed being a piece of the puzzle for various contemporary technology companies. But, within every solution, he saw the larger picture of how simple products and services could be integrated to solve bigger and more complex problems. Many companies are succeeding, especially Syllego's partners, at specific aspects of larger solutions. Michael, with the help and confidence of his partner Kevin, saw the need to take on this broader challenge.
Recognizing this meaningful opportunity, Michael proceeded to shoulder this integration process personally. Syllego came out of his clear view of bringing together the world-class hardware and software solutions from various business partners he supported and worked with in recent years.
Michael brings 15 years' experience hunting and farming for complex applications, a broad sales background in finance, supply chain, software and hardware integration, and solution aggregation and bundling, and deep expertise in integrating AI for security, safety, and automation.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael cherishes his life in Cupertino, CA, where he resides with his family. Balancing the demands of being a CEO with family life, he enjoys participating in community activities and being actively involved at community soccer clubs and volunteering at elementary schools. This engagement reflects his grounded approach, which not only influences his personal life but also his leadership style at Syllego, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. Michael’s commitment to his faith and community enriches his vision for creating safer, smarter cities with AI-driven technologies.
Kevin brings over three decades of experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Syllego, where he leads the development of innovative hardware and software solutions. With an extensive background in IoT, wireless technologies, and logistics systems, along with his expertise in edge computing, Kevin excels in crafting tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. His strategic approach ensures that each solution not only integrates seamlessly with existing systems but also significantly enhances operational efficiency and effectiveness across various industries.
Kevin’s approach is deeply rooted in understanding the core mission of each project, focusing on delivering tangible value to end-users. He has a unique ability to hone in on the specific challenges and aspirations of customers, crafting tailored solutions that address these needs effectively. His leadership in developing the DUST platform—stemming from collaborations with DoD entities on digital systems—is a testament to his visionary approach.
